Imported conversations without message timestamps currently appear at import time. Use the original source file's last-modified time only for those missing dates, retain explicit timestamp provenance, and repair prior fallback dates on unchanged events during re-import. Genuine message timestamps and import metadata remain separate.
Add locally served Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and Gemini logos to imported conversation rows and assistant avatars, with initials for unknown providers or failed image loads. Branding does not imply a registered Von identity.
Validation: 41 targeted backend tests pass, covering timestamp correction, append/idempotence, divergence and existing ingestion. Fixture-backed Chromium rendering verifies actual provider assets at sidebar/message sizes and fallback behaviour; screenshot retained privately. JavaScript syntax and diff checks pass.
Delivery decision: ready for this bounded change. The full machine import and DGX runtime activation are separate operational outcomes tracked in native task #V#task_preserve_distinct_codingagent_conversations_during_31afcfc2.
